What is meant by free technical support projects?
Free support, as indicated in the tariff for dedicated servers, means 5 free requests to technical support, which allows you to request the deployment of any 1 project for each request (website, gaming server, node.js application). Deployment means installing the necessary add-ons, OS updates, solving package dependency problems in case of compilation/execution errors. In case of unavoidable problems on the part of the server (errors in the application code, library versions incompatible with the OS), some time is given to repair and deploy again without additional use of the technical support request. In case of long-term corrections of the application with an error (72 hours or more), the request is considered used and the repeated request is considered a new, separate request.

What is meant by free server maintenance?
Free service in general is 5 free applications, as indicated above for 5 projects, respectively. However, you can make new requests to technical support, and if the problems/tasks are not voluminous, we can execute them for free, in the case of broad tasks, a paid execution policy is used. For example, it can be a regular OS update if you are afraid to deal with consoles. Also, we audit the problems of running applications on the server and in case of small, necessary installations/updates/fixing packages/libraries/dependencies, we do it for free.

What will happen if the number of requests for technical support is exceeded?
If you exceed the number of technical support requests, then you will still have the opportunity to contact. In case of an appeal above the limit, an audit of your problem will be provided, if a complex solution is needed and the problem with the provision of the service is not related (an appartan server problem, a technical failure inside the data center and other problems on the hosting and software providing the service), then we can use a paid administration policy.

What is included from the support package in the web hosting plans?
For each website, a host is provided inside our server, a dedicated folder, a database with a login/password and a management address.
If you do not have a domain, we provide advice and assistance in selecting/purchasing/configuring a domain, or we will create a subdomain with a random name in our domain pool.
If you have a domain, you will have two options:
1. Delegate its (ns) record to our dns service and its subsequent management by us. In this case, we will make the necessary dns records ourselves so that the website is accessible from the network (other dns records, too, for free, on request).
2. We will tell you the necessary records - you will make them through your DNS service yourself. If it is possible to use cron - you will tell us the necessary commands - we will make them free of charge. (Over the limit - on request, possibly without charge).
Adding to the above - you will always have the opportunity to contact us, we will be able to find you non-standard solutions, if required. -
