Gwynne House is a 3 bedroom, townhouse originally built as a detached house in 1896, within 7 minutes walk of the town centre It is furnished and maintained to a high standard and fully carpeted The house has, over the years been tastefully modernized and extended in keeping its character and today provides accommodation (4 diamond rating by the Heart of England Tourist Board) for 6 guests in three luxury bedrooms. A guest living room has a 3-piece suite, TV, games, open fire and local information brochures. At the rear of the house, the family room, with French windows, looks out over the patio and garden. The kitchen has a light and airy breakfast room at one end looking out over the patio and garden. In summer breakfast can be taken on the patio. A fridge is available in the breakfast room for guests wishing to store cold drinks etc. A first aid kit is located in the ground floor bathroom and there is a resident doctor in case of emergencies.House keys are available for guests.
